Internship Information & Opportunities

An information session will be held on Tuesday, November 22 from 5-6pm ("Introduction to Internships & Co-ops) that will introduce students to the process of applying to internships and arranging for credit. The session will be held in Goodell 508 at UMass.

The American Society of Magazine Editors is seeking interns to work with various magazines in New York and Washington, D.C. offices for the summer of 2012. The deadline to apply is December 1.

Arts and Events

The exhibit, "Black on Black: Works by Aldo Tambellini" will be featured in the Herter Art Gallery at UMass from Wednesday, November 9 til Friday, December 9, 2011. The exhibit features a broad sampling of this Italian-born artist's painting over a period of more than three decades.

The string faculty at UMass is putting on a concert titled "String Quartets in Concert," which will feature music performed by advanced string students. The concert will be held on Tuesday, December 6 at 7:30 p.m. in Benzanon Recital Hall (Fine Arts Center). Admission is free.
